Why choose Laura as your Sport Psychologist?

Knowledgeable and qualified

I am a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist registered with both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Experienced in a range of sports and levels

Partnering with athletes at all levels, from professional through to recreational, I have direct experience working across a wide range of sports including running, cycling, swimming, golf, football, snooker, taekwondo and skateboarding. It is important that I understand each client as an individual, tailoring the suggested approach based on a careful and considered analysis of the challenges and aims presented.

I care about you and your success

Having chosen to re-train as a Sport Psychologist later in life, I am passionate about my work and helping people to achieve their goals. I feel honoured that people allow me to be even a small part in their journey. As an adult sports participant myself, I have a particular affinity to those who may be continuing or starting to compete in sport a little later in life. It is never too late to strive for success or achieve our goals. I would be delighted to help you with yours.
