I’m Laura, an HCPC-registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and BPS Chartered Psychologist specialising in supporting athletes who are struggling with performance anxiety, overthinking, or a loss of confidence. Based in Battle, I provide online support to athletes from all over the UK, and worldwide! Whether you are an elite professional or a competitive amateur, I work with athletes of all levels. I’m here to help you build the mental skills needed to perform at your best, and to enjoy your sport again!

What Athlete Level and Sports does Laura work with?
I support athletes of all levels, from elite through to recreational, working alongside my clients to overcome their mindset challenges and help them move towards their performance goals. Online sport psychology sessions enable me to work with you wherever you are based. I have experience across a wide range of sports including (but not limited to); golf, running, ultra-running, snooker, darts, swimming, football, cricket and karting. Many of my clients have never worked with a sport psychologist before, and I completely understands that taking the decision to reach out can feel a little daunting! To help with this, I offer all potential new clients the opportunity to meet with me for a free of charge and no obligation introductory Zoom meeting (20 mins). PLEASE NOTE - My after school/evening slots are currently at capacity, meaning I have no availability to take on additional youth athletes at present. I do currently have some limited capacity for adult athletes during daytime hours.
