Based in Battle, close to Hastings and Bexhill on the East Sussex / Kent border and providing online support UK wide. Laura works with athletes of all levels (elite through to recreational) who are struggling with the 'mental side' of their sport. Prior to contacting Laura, many of her clients have found themselves plagued with overthinking, nerves, worry or self-doubt. They are often unsure where to turn, or even whether a sport psychologist could help them.  Working alongside her clients and focusing on each person's unique challenges, Laura has been able to support many athletes to overcome these struggles, improve their performance and enjoy their sport.

Masters Athletes - Laura specialises in working with athletes aged 35 and beyond! As an 'over 40' sport participant herself, she has a particular affinity with this client group.
